World Hyundai Matteson was in the market for a general contractor to update their existing dealership while adding an extension to the existing building. The new build required all new manufacturer branding guidelines and space to accommodate the retailers needs.

The Missner Group relied on its in-house project management team to oversee the construction of the 30,000 square-foot addition of the full services World Hyundai dealership in Matteson, IL. The luxury dealerships’ new build-out encompasses a new car delivery center and the expansion of the sales floor, showroom, and service area.
