THE MISSNER GROUP AND TIMBER HILL GROUP COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF 84,000 SF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN WHEELING

Joint-development partners, The Missner Group and Timber Hill Group, are pleased to announce the completion of construction at 1075 Chaddick Drive in Wheeling, Illinois. 

The modern 84,000 square foot facility lies within the Northeast Cook County submarket of Chicago, making it eligible for Cook County’s Class 6B tax incentive status.  The property features attractive pre-cast and glass elevations, ESFR fire safety system, 30’ ceiling clear heights, ten exterior loading docks, drive-in doors, and 99 parking stalls.

Chaddick Industrial Center leased 64% of the total space to a single tenant during the construction phase of the project. There remains one non-divisible space in the building of 31,000 square feet. Brett Kroner, Keith Puritz, and Eric Fischer of Cushman and Wakefield represent ownership

The Missner Group served as the general contractor for this development. The construction team included Ron Cinkus as senior project manager, Angelo Christopher as general superintendent, and Mike Sneddon as project superintendent.
