The Missner Group Begins Construction of New Berman INFINITI Dealership in Chicago

The Missner Group is pleased to announce the firm has begun construction on the new Berman Infiniti dealership on behalf of the Berman Auto Group located at 3474 N Kedzie Avenue in Chicago. The renovation will consist of repurposing an old manufacturing building into a new dealership, service area, and showroom.

The dealership will encompass a total of 18,000 square feet and will feature frameless glass walls throughout. The richly appointed bright interior will include private office and conferencing suites, a showroom containing eight car displays, and a customer reception lounge. Additionally, the dealership will feature two service lanes, allowing customers to receive prompt service by simply driving up to the service advisors area of the dealership. Additionally, The Missner Group will install a new HVAC system and new mechanical operations throughout the space.

This is the second project The Missner Group has completed for the Berman Auto Group, having completed a recent renovation of their Chicago Berman Subaru dealership in 2018.

Scott Clark, project manager, and Andrew Maul, assistant project manager, will lead the project on behalf of The Missner Group with Keith Hairrell serving as project superintendent. Becker Architects is providing architectural services. The Infiniti project is scheduled for completion in late 2020.
