Maria Coan Joins TMG as Project Coordinator

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Maria Coan as Project Coordinator. Working directly with project managers and the entire construction staff, she will assist with current and future project needs.

Her tenure in construction and project management made her a standout and we are looking forward to having her on the team” states Angelo Christopher, Vice President of Construction at The Missner Group. 

In part of Maria’s new role at The Missner Group, she will assist in projects located throughout the Chicagoland area, inclusive of 3900 S Normal Ave, Chicago, Illinois, an industrial development of The Missner Group and CBREIM, located in the stockyards of Chicago and The Sanctuary of Lake Zurich, a mixed-use multifamily construction project in the western suburbs.  She will also help with upcoming projects at Berman Jeep in Oaklawn and 43rd Street another industrial project that wraps in the coming weeks.

Maria has been in the industry for roughly 17 years and prior to joining The Missner Group, she worked at Milhouse Engineering as an Assistant Project Manager where she worked closely with contractors and clients to ensure compliance and satisfaction. For 3 years before that, she worked at Cobalt Commercial Construction as a Project and Facilities Manager, overseeing various tenant improvement projects. She has previously worked with Walsh Construction as a project coordinator and with the City of Chicago as an Office Engineer on the $6.6 Billion dollar O’Hare Modernization Program. 

Maria’s expertise in project and construction coordination makes her a great asset to our existing team. We are looking forward to seeing everything she accomplishes at The Missner Group.
