Michael Stimac Joins The Missner Group as Pre-Construction Manager

The Missner Group, a Chicago-based fully integrated general contractor and real estate developer, announces the arrival of Michael Stimac. Michael will be joining as a Pre-Construction Manager, working closely with our Construction and Business Development teams.  

This is a new role for The Missner Group. As their Construction team continues to expand, Stimacs’ 20+ years of experience in the industry gives their team the additional support to secure new business, maintain costs and relieve some of the estimating responsibilities of project managers.  

Prior to joining The Missner Group, Stimac worked as a Project Manager with Holladay Construction Group, where he assisted in bidding and overseeing daily operations of multifamily projects. He has also worked as a Project Manager at The Annex Group, Keeley Construction, Opus, and Damac Properties over the course of the last 20 years. In those roles, his projects covered industrial, retail, commercial, and multifamily.

Stimac received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University and has worked internationally in the project management field since.  His arrival comes at an opportune time as The Missner Group continues to expand its reach in Midwest Markets.
