The Missner Group Begins Tenant Improvement for Taste of Nature in Wheeling
(Des Plaines, IL - September 24, 2024) – The Missner Group (TMG), a Chicago-based fully integrated general contractor and real estate developer, is pleased to announce the start of construction for a major tenant improvement project at Taste of Nature, a leading candy production and distribution company based in Wheeling, Illinois.
The 126,428-square-foot facility, located at 1111 Wheeling Road, will undergo a comprehensive build-out to meet the growing operational needs of Taste of Nature, enabling the company to expand its production and distribution capabilities.

The Missner Group is collaborating with leading design consultants to ensure the build-out aligns with the specific requirements of a large-scale candy manufacturing and distribution operation. The renovation includes significant upgrades to the facility’s plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to support the high demands of food production. Additionally, the project will feature specialized equipment installation areas, improved loading docks, and enhanced office spaces for administrative operations.
Taste of Nature, known for its innovation and quality in the confectionery industry, is expected to benefit from a state-of-the-art facility that not only supports its current production levels but also lays the groundwork for continued expansion in the Midwest.
