The Missner Group Completes Renovation of Berman Star Nissan and INFINITI Dealership in Niles, IL

Des Plaines, IL – April 17, 2025– The Missner Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of the comprehensive renovation of the Berman Star Nissan and INFINITI dealership located at 5757 W. Touhy Avenue in Niles, Illinois. This project encompassed extensive interior and exterior upgrades to the 63,300-square-foot facility, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The renovation included selective demolition and new construction for the sales showroom and service areas. Key enhancements feature new storefront glazing, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, updated signage on the exterior, and a reimagined interior layout with modern finishes. These improvements were meticulously executed to align with Nissan and INFINITI's brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and premium experience for customers.

The project commenced in July 2024 and concluded on schedule in the first quarter of 2025. Torch Architects provided architectural services, ensuring that the design met both functional requirements and brand aesthetics.
