Tina Ramos to join Missner as newly appointed Chief Investment Officer
The Missner Group is thrilled to welcome Tina Ramos as its new Chief Investment Officer. Tina will be responsible for the implementation of Missner’s overall investment growth strategy. Additionally, the expansion, development and forging of new capital relationships, in addition to playing a significant roll enhancing the firms existing capital partners.
According to Barry Missner, CEO of The Missner Group, “Tina will work closely with me, investment managers, analysts and senior management bringing her many years of expertise and professionalism in a continued effort to build and expand our development and acquisition platforms, through the capital markets.
Tina has capitalized almost $10 billion of real estate during her career and most recently served as a Senior Vice President of Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP) in Los Angeles, where she was responsible for debt and equity originations for the Midwestern United States markets.
Tina attended and received her ungraduated degree at Yale University, subsequently attending graduate school at UCLA’S Anderson School of Management where she received an MBA in real estate finance.
