Experienced Project Coordinators Yolie Rivera and Lisette Cruz Join TMG's Construction Team
(Des Plaines, IL – January 19, 2024) The Missner Group (TMG), a Chicago-based fully integrated general contractor and real estate developer is thrilled to announce the arrival of two new team members to their construction team. Yolie Rivera (Miramontes) and Lisette Cruz join TMG’s evolving team as Project Coordinators.
Yolie Rivera brings 30 years of industry experience to The Missner Group project team. She previously spent 23 years with Lend Lease starting in marketing and eventually transitioned her way into a Project Coordinator role. Most recently she worked at Focus Development as a Project Coordinator assisting with projects such as 167 Green, a retail and office building with over 750,000 square feet.
“While searching to fill this role, we knew we needed to bring in someone who had a track record of assisting in quality projects. When we came across Yolie her history in the industry spoke for itself. We are looking forward to having someone with her experience, knowledge, and go-getter attitude on our team,” said Angelo Christopher, VP of Construction at The Missner Group.
Yolie will serve as the Project Coordinator on three projects; the model office at 3900 S. Normal Ave, a recent TMG development and Castro Produce’s tenant improvements at 1032 W. 43rd St. alongside Project Manager Scott Clark, and the interior build-out of Rosebud Steakhouse in Wheeling.
Lisette Cruz joins TMG with seven years of experience in Project Coordinator and Draw Manager roles. In her previous roles at Aberdeen Construction and Summit Design and Build she assisted with implementing key technologies and worked alongside Project Managers on projects like WeWork Chicago and the Swiss Hotel in Chicago.
“Having someone with the experience and skill set to implement and train on the tools and technology we use was instrumental in our search, and we are thrilled to have found Lisette. She has a strong background in our industry, and we are confident she will be an asset to our evolving team,” said Neely Sadowski, President of Construction.
Lisette will serve as Project Coordinator on two ongoing projects at the Missner Group, working alongside Tom Stephens on Illinois Bone and Joint Libertyville’s interior improvements and the ground-up construction of Reliance Children’s Health in Plainfield.
