1220 W. Van Buren Street is located at the corner of Van Buren Street and Racine Avenue, in the Fulton South Neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The building was last owned by the iconic Chicago clothing company, Oxxford Clothes. The building is rich in tradition within its loft-style look, all masonry construction, exposed beams and ductwork, and it has officially received historical status.

The 115,000-square-foot building is expected to undergo a full renovation of the vacant loft building to be converted to 112 multifamily residential units featuring upscale finishes, and luxury amenities such as a rooftop deck, gym, coworking space, and lobby.

Construction is expected to begin in the Summer of 2025
