The Berman Auto Group has selected The Missner Group for its newest project, Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and Ram. Located in Oaklawn, Illinois, the new 67,000 square foot dealership will be state of the art in every imaginable way and will be a “5-star” automobile dealership and experience.

Recognizing the importance and significant value brining on a design/build contractor, the Bermans hired The Missner Group to spearhead most of the pre-construction and pre-development endeavors. Working shoulder to shoulder with the owners, architect, engineers, designers, and all those associated with the project long before the start of construction to analyze, budget, anticipate and plan the entire scope of the project as a unified team, was determined to be the best recipe for success.

On the pre-development side, by becoming involved early we were able to assist the owners with a zoning change, an easement problem and have developed a complete understanding and action plan for issues relating to utilities and other local and state regulations and issues as it pertains to the building.

Construction will begin in the third quarter of 2024, with delivery scheduled, for Quarter 4 of 2025.
