The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to build out 31,000 square-feet of space within the Howard Industrial Center, tailoring the facility’s design to that of a sports arena. The space features 20,000 square-feet of indoor soccer fields, 600 square-feet of office space, a new equipment storage area, and complete locker room facilities.

To accommodate the full-size indoor soccer field, the Missner Group had to remove three interior columns and replace them with 100-foot clear-span joist girders to carry the roof load.
