The Missner Group and Realterm partnered to fill a need for industrial development in the Addison area. The site offered easy access to I-355 and the western submarket.

The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged it’s in house development and project management team to complete a new 80,464-square-foot speculative industrial development in Partnership with Realterm.

The development features office-to-suit, 32’ clear heights, 13 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The property also offers 180 parking spaces.

Located in the Western Suburban submarkets, the property provides access to a highly educated workforce and easy access to I-355.
