The Missner Group and First Industrial Realty Trust partnered to bring speculative industrial development to the Western Suburbs of Chicago. The Western Suburbs is historically a strong industrial market that offered viable investment options for all parties involved .

The Delivery:

The Missner Group utilized its in-house project management team and development team to deliver a 173,000 square-foot development inclusive of office-to-suit, 32' clear heights, 22 loading docks, drive-in doors, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. Additionally, there are 174 parking spaces and a 12-trailer parking lot. The building was sold in a pre-sale transaction to First Industrial Realty Trust.
