THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to renovate a 30,000 square-foot opulent office build-out for CBIZ, INC. located on the 20th and 25th floors of 225 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.

Construction of the space included custom millwork throughout, as well as new private offices, conference rooms, open work areas, and a newly designed reception area designed to capitalize on the views from these high floors

The renovated space reflected modern office environments with use of glass, stone flooring, and large open work spaces. The project also incorporated a glass wall featuring a skyline etching as well as automatic shades and L.E.D. lighting for increased energy efficiency.
