The Ask:

The McGrath Auto Group was in the market for a design/build project for their existing retail and service center located in Westmont, Illinois. The space needed to feature one of kind finishes, ample space for cars and updated finished to reflect the brand

The delivery:

The Missner Group utilized its in-house project management team to oversee the construction of the 14,000 square-foot dealership located in Westmont, Illinois. This renovation included a brand new 10,000 square-foot showroom, which features glass-enclosed offices, a two-sided fireplace, coffered ceilings, and soffits with modern LED fixtures, coupled with extensive floor treatments. This new, opulent space features a 30 X 14-foot gable skylight inside the main entrance, a custom fish tank as well as high-end finishes throughout.

The Missner Group remodeled the dealership’s delivery area and 4,000 square-foot service center to be state-of-the-art and highly efficient with the latest automotive trends and technological advancements.
