The Ask:

The Autohaus on Edens required development services along with design/build services to deliver a large and technologically advanced dealership to the Northbrook area. The dealership would need to include space for office, new car storage and service areas.

The delivery:

The Missner Group utilized their in-house development team to coordinate multiple land acquisitions in several villages, as well as extensive wetland mitigation to secure the sight for construction. Their in-house project management team then delivered the largest and most technologically advanced Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Midwest at the time. The 80,000 square-foot building featured 113 new car inventory lot, 31 service bays, a three-lane service drive, customer parking, and additional new car storage for more than 250 vehicles underground, as well as a sophisticated underground detention system with lift stations to extricate water from the site. It also features sales offices and an adjacent vehicle delivery area.
