The Ask:

The Berman Auto Group required a renovation of an existing 1940s manufacturing building to serve as the home of their new dealership. The dealership would require updated finishes and ample space for inventory and sales.

The delivery:

The Missner Group relied on its in-house project management team to oversee the construction of the 18,000 square-foot renovation. The new dealership features frameless glass walls throughout, a richly appointed, bright interior to encompass private offices and conferencing suites, a showroom containing eight-car displays, and a customer reception lounge. Additionally, the dealership features two service lanes, allowing customers to receive prompt service by simply driving up to the service advisors area of the dealership.
