The Ask:

The Berman Auto Group required a renovation of an existing dealership located in Chicago, Illinois. The dealership would require updated finishes and ample space for inventory and sales.

The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged its in-house project management team to revitalize up to 40,000 square-feet at an existing dealership. The project included 13,000 square-feet of extensive office updates and modernizations, as well as significant improvements to the sales and showroom spaces.

In addition, a 22,000 square-foot new, state-of-the-art service area was constructed, which includes nine service bays and offers a drive-in customer service center, café and Wi-Fi lounge for a unique customer experience.
