The Ask:

The Bob Loquercio Group required an abundant amount of space to provide service to all their guests. They would need unique features, updated interiors, and one contemporary space for their guest.

The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to deliver one of the largest dealerships of its kind. The eco-friendly dealership holds a 45,000 square-foot green roof, as well as 183,000 square-feet of interior space. The modern interior features a 30,000 square-foot showroom, exhibiting over 35 vehicles, with vertical display on the second and third floors. The spacious dealership has the capacity to hold an ample amount of inventory, storing close to 400 vehicles on display for immediate access. Additionally, a 42,000 square-foot service area was constructed, containing 35 service bays to provide efficient and fast service. In addition there is indoor valet parking and a waiting lounge for up to 100 people.
