The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to oversee the build-out of 9301 Calumet Ave in Munster Indiana. Rosebud Steakhouse is located in a luxury mixed-use community of Centennial Village.

Construction included the demolition and reconstruction of the former El Salto restaurant. The new space features ample public dining space, a bar lounge area, and a private dining area seating 50 comfortably. To highlight the upscale environment, luxury finishes and high-end lighting were used throughout.
