The delivery:

The Missner Group utilized their in-house project management team to oversee the renovation at The Shops at Glen Pointe in Glenview, Illinois. The Missner Group completed the extensive, multi-phased infrastructure including roads, sidewalks and multiple large-scale parking lots along with both above and below-ground detention areas, landscaping, and site preparation.

Additionally, The Missner Group constructed the final 5,000-square-foot retail building for this shopping center, which is occupied by AT&T.

The Shops at Glen Pointe sit on 22 acres near the interchange of Willow Road and I-294 in Glenview, Illinois.
