The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house development and project management team to oversee the build-out of Touhy Town Center in Skokie, IL. Touhy Town Center features three freestanding retail users, which include a 29,850 square-foot Goodwill retail store and donation center, a 5,200 square-foot Panera Cafe with a drive-through, and a 3,600 square-foot building that is home to Bank of Hope. The last component of Touhy Town Center is a second 3,600 square-foot building shared by MOD Pizza and Harken Health.

The Missner Group also constructed a large parking area, added fresh landscaping as well as outdoor seating space for customers and visitors.
