The Missner Group Acquires Industrial Building in the Northwest Suburbs
The Missner Group (TMG) announced today the acquisition of a 37,488-square-foot industrial building located at 800 Oakwood Road, Lake Zurich, Illinois.
An entity associated with TMG is purchasing the property and has executed a long-term sale-leaseback with the seller, Heidt’s Automotive, an auto parts company, founded in 1985 by Gary Heidt.
The property features 6,500 square feet of dedicated office space, with the remaining 31,000 square feet of the building serving as warehouse and distribution space. Heidt's Automotive specializes and sells most of its products to those associated with the Hot Rod, Muscle Car, and Autocross industry and ships to companies across the globe.

The Missner Group currently controls close to 200 acres of land in the Midwest, with a major focus of developing industrial buildings in low-supply, infill submarkets, and has delivered more than 800,000 square feet of industrial space in 2023.
