The Missner Group Begins Construction for Illinois Bone & Joint Institute’s Downers Grove, Glenview, and Libertyville Locations

The Missner Group is pleased to announce they have been chosen as general contractor by Illinois Bone and Joint Institute for the build-out of three new locations in the Chicagoland area, they include, 1034 Warren Ave, Downers Grove, Illinois, 2401 Ravine Way, Glenview, Illinois, and 72 Florsheim Dr. in Libertyville.

Construction at the Downers Grove location will include the build-out of a physical/occupational therapy center. The facility will include patient rehabilitation suites, private medical offices, x-ray installation, and strength training areas, including an open-concept physical therapy gym.

Construction at the Glenview location will include the build-out of physician offices, numerous exam and treatment suites, conference and reception areas, along with other office support features.

Construction at the Libertyville location will include but not be limited to the build-out of their Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Service Center, where patients can purchase prescription-based equipment.

Tom Stephens, Project Manager, and Garrett Giles, Project Superintendent, will lead construction on behalf of The Missner Group. The projects are slated for completion in Q3 2022.
