The Missner Group Completes Renovation for Michigan City Dealership

The Missner Group is pleased to announce they have completed the renovation project for Michigan City Kia, located at 4411 E Michigan Blvd. The Missner Group was chosen as general contractor by the Bob Loquercio Auto Group.

Construction consisted of transforming the current facility into a new cutting-edge dealership, showroom, and service center. The new dealership includes a WiFi lounge area, parts center, five new-car delivery doors, and drive-in service equipped with nine service bays.

“We enjoyed working with The Bob Loquercio Auto Group on another project as their organization expands into Indiana,” said Aldo Bottalla, senior vice president of business development for the Missner Group. “We are proud to deliver another high-quality dealership to the BL Auto Group, which will provide superior service and maximize the buyer experience for all of their future customers.”

The Missner Group’s project team included Paul Cohen, head estimator, Scott Clark, project manager, Alex Cox, assistant project manager, Angelo Christopher, general superintendent, and Mike Sneddon, senior project superintendent.

The dealership will open for business later this month.
