The Missner Group Begins Renovation of V3 Office in Woodridge

Des Plaines, IL – March 25, 2025 – The Missner Group, a leading real estate development and general contracting firm, is pleased to announce the start of construction for the renovation of V3 Companies' office in Woodridge, Illinois. 

V3 Companies is a 40-year-old firm providing civil engineering, environmental planning, and surveying services nationwide. The building was originally constructed by V3 for their own operations before executing a sale-leaseback with The Missner Group in 2020. 

The renovation will completely transform the 44,096-square-foot single-story office building into a modern, open-concept workspace designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency. The updated office will feature new private and open office spaces, recreational areas, and improved common spaces to support a dynamic and engaging work environment for V3’s team as they move into the future.

The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025. The project team for The Missner Group will be Bob Papineau – Project Executive, Scott Clark – Project Manager, Marilda Kokthi – Project Coordinator, Pat Howard – General Superintendent, and Keith Hairrell – Senior Superintendent.
