Neighboring another 1.6 million square-foot Bridge development, the new property—dubbed Bridge Point Melrose Park II-- will feature 36’ clear heights, 2 drive-in doors, and 30 exterior docks. Parking will include 221 spaces for cars and 30 positions for trailer storage.

The Missner Group project team will include Senior Project Manager James Howard, Assistant Project Manager Don Hay, coupled with senior project superintendent, Dan Zboncak on behalf of the construction team. Vice President of Construction Angelo Christopher will be providing executive oversight. Ware Malcomb provided architectural services, while Jacob and Hefner provided civil and site planning.

“ We are excited to be working with, in addition to having established an already excellent rapport with Bridge. Despite new construction, we have continued to see a steady decline in vacancy rates coupled with rent appreciation in the O’Hare submarket and continue to enjoy opportunities to serve the area’s construction and development needs”, noted Barry Missner, CEO of The Missner Group.

Construction is scheduled for completion the third quarter of 2023. The Colliers team of Tom Rodeno, Matthew Stauber, and Patrick Turner will be directing leasing activity on behalf of Bridge.
