The Chicago-based fruit supplier enlisted The Missner Group’s Project Management team to oversee the build-out of 61,000 square-feet of their industrial space at 1032 W. 43rd St.

The build-out includes 7,740 square-feet of freezer cooler space, additional office space, and completion of the base product. In addition, there are 12 dock positions and the space will be built with temperature monitoring and additional technology to maintain humidity levels.
