The Missner Group was selected as the general contractor for the new build-out of upscale restaurant Rosebud Steakhouse located at 500 W. Dundee Rd. Wheeling, IL.

Construction will consist of a build-out of retail space in Uptown 500, a mixed-use luxury apartment complex. The indoor space will operate as an open kitchen concept and will include seating for approximately 200 guests.

Also included in the indoor space will be private and semi-private dining, a spacious bar with ample seating, live entertainment, and a wine wall with storage for hundreds of rare vintages as well as wines for everyday drinking. In addition to the new location’s indoor space, there will also be an outdoor patio.

Construction is expected to be completed in Quarter 3 of 2024.
