The Missner Group was selected as the General Contractor for the 126,428-square-foot tenant improvement located at 1111 Wheeling Road in Wheeling, Illinois. The Missner Group is collaborating with leading design consultants to ensure the build-out aligns with the specific requirements of a large-scale candy manufacturing and distribution operation. The renovation includes significant upgrades to the facility’s plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to support the high demands of food production. Additionally, the project will feature specialized equipment installation areas, improved loading docks, and enhanced office spaces for administrative operations. 

The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
