The Missner Group has been selected as the General Contractor for the renovation of Makowski’s Real Sausage facility located at 16710 Chicago Avenue in Lansing, Illinois. This project involves the exterior and interior renovation of a 26,800-square-foot warehouse, transforming it into a state-of-the-art sausage manufacturing facility. Additionally, The Missner Group will renovate an adjacent office space to support Makowski’s administrative operations.

The renovation includes upgrades to the facility’s mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to meet the high standards of food production. The project also incorporates specialized equipment installation areas, enhanced loading docks, and improved infrastructure to optimize operations for Makowski’s Real Sausage.

The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
