The Missner Group was selected as the General Contractor for the office renovation of V3 Companies office in Woodridge, IL.

V3 Companies is a 40-year-old firm providing civil engineering, environmental planning, and surveying services nationwide. The building was originally constructed by V3 for their own operations before executing a sale-leaseback with The Missner Group in 2020. 

The renovation will completely transform the 44,096-square-foot single-story office building into a modern, open-concept workspace designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency. The updated office will feature new private and open office spaces, recreational areas, and improved common spaces to support a dynamic and engaging work environment for V3’s team as they move into the future. 

Construction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025
