The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to oversee the construction of the 41,000 square-foot build-out of Presence Medical Group Avondale Primary Care. Located at 2923 N. California Ave, Chicago, the 8,000 square-foot build-out features an opulent reception area, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, hybrid consultation/exam room and a room for x-ray and casting facility.

The medical office is one of the first locations to incorporate Presence Health's forward-thinking, family-friendly hybrid layouts for consultation/exam rooms, allowing family members to sit in on exams.
