The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged its in-house project management team to complete a comprehensive tenant build-out on behalf of Energy Volleyball Club at the Howard Industrial Center in Niles, Illinois.

Energy Volleyball Club is a club for girls and boys ages 12 to 18 that participates in tournaments at the regional, as well as national levels. To accommodate the club’s unique needs, The Missner Group built out 42,000 square-feet of space within the Howard Industrial Center, tailoring the facility’s design to that of a sports arena.

The space features 11 indoor volleyball courts, viewing space for visitors, concession stands and locker rooms. To fulfill Energy Volleyball Club’s administrative requirements, The Missner Group also constructed 1,000 square-feet of office space.
