The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged its in-house project management team to complete a 40,000 square-foot new franchise location for Sky High Sports in Niles, Illinois. This is the first location in Illinois for the trampoline entertainment group, which currently operates multiple facilities on the West Coast.

The property, owned by Principal Global Investors, was originally developed and constructed by The Missner Group. Sky High Sports selected the facility for its location as well as space design which features 50’ by 50’ column bays and 28’ clear heights, perfect for accommodating large trampoline courts.

Included in the construction was a full-service snack bar and kitchen area, a large space for private parties, and several lounge areas featuring flat-screen televisions and arcade games.
