The delivery:

The Missner Group leveraged its project management team to complete a substantial renovation and expansion project at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) located at 101 Waukegan Road in Lake Bluff.

The 6,000 square-foot expansion and renovation project for IBJI consisted of extensive interior improvements including the construction of a new 2,800 square-foot physical therapy gym, private therapy suites, a sleek and modernized reception area, coupled with upgraded bathroom facilities. In addition, new paint and flooring was incorporated throughout the space, which features intricate and custom millwork.
