The delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house project management team to oversee the complete renovation of a medical facility for Illinois Bone and Joint Institute in Licolnwood, Illinois. The exterior renovation component included a new roof, the incorporation of windows along both sides of the building, and the construction of an entrance canopy.

In addition, the project included high-end finishes and custom metal-trimmed millwork as well as, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout.

The 15,500 square-foot medical clinic for IBJI features private offices, meeting and conference rooms, medical and exam rooms, physical and occupational therapy facilities, X-ray suites, and medical storage space.
