The building's close proximity to both the UP Global 2 and CP intermodal yards, places it as an ideal transportation and logistics hub. The development is LEED Certified and offer 36’ clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 32 exterior docks, 30 trailer parking stalls, and 221 car parking stalls.
