The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management team to oversee the construction of a 92,000 square-foot speculative industrial facility in Carol Stream, Illinois.

The property features top-of-the-line amenities that are ideally suited to various types of industrial users, including ten exterior docks, two drive-in doors, ESFR sprinklers, and 28’ clear ceiling heights. The building is also divisible for up to two tenants.

Defying the typical austere industrial building look, the building features a sleek, modern design highlighted by concrete pillars at its entrance and a modern color scheme.
