The Ask:

Coaster Company of America was looking to build a new building to serve as a warehouse and distribution center in the O’Hare submarket of Chicago. The facility needed office space, a showroom and several dock positions.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group and partners AMB Property Corporation relied on their in-house project management and development team to deliver a 253,410 square-foot (one of the largest in its market at the time) building to the O'Hare Market. The building features 18,000 square-feet of office space, 30' clear heights and 55 dock positions. The project later received the Development of the Year Award from the NAIOP Awards of Excellence.
