The Ask:

The Missner Group looked to deliver a speculative warehouse and distribution center to the Woodridge area. The building needed to be modern and provide ample parking for potential industrial users.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management team to deliver the 81,305 square-foot building to the Woodridge area. The Class A building features 22' clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler and fire system, and eventually served as a multi-tenant space with units divisible from 5,000-25,000 square feet.
