The Ask:

Dallas Trucking looked to build a facility that would serve as their office, distribution, and warehouse center in Woodridge, Illinois.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management team to oversee the design-build construction of 31,000 square-feet of warehouse/distribution space. In addition to its 24' clear ceiling heights and precast construction, it features multiple exterior loading docks and drive-in doors that make it an ideal facility for the unique requirements of a logistics firm. Dallas Trucking also has enhanced security features and an ESFR sprinkler system with redundancy.
