The Ask:
Dunkin’ Donuts required a state-of-the-art distribution facility that enabled them to distribute products totaling more than $50 million annually throughout 13 Midwestern states to over 300 Dunkin’ Donuts retail outlets.
The Delivery:
The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management team to oversee the construction of 99,000 square-feet of warehouse/distribution space, including 16 dock locations and 24’ clear ceiling heights. The distribution facility is key to helping Dunkin’ Donuts retain its position as the world’s largest coffee and baked goods chain, serving more than three million customers per day.
The facility features 7,200 square-feet of office space, 18,000 square-feet of freezer and cooler space, and 3,000 square-feet of cold dock space to serve the serves the distribution needs of Baskin Robbins, another company owned by Dunkin Donuts.
