The Ask:

AMB Property Corporation required a build-to-suit distribution facility for Forward Air, a contractor to the air cargo industry. The space would need to offer ample dock positions for logistics.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group relied on their in-house development and project management team to oversee the construction of the 126,000 square-foot, ground-up distribution center for the global logistics company, located at 250 Wille Road in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The build-to-suit distribution facility consists of 24’ clear ceiling heights, 107 docks, and three drive-in doors. It also features 11,000 square-feet and two stories of office space. Forward Air utilizes the Des Plaines location for container storage and its regional offices.
