The Missner Group completed the ground-up construction of Apex 400, a Mixed-Use residential building located in the heart of Glen Ellyn.

Construction included the full build-out of a five-story, 232,000 square-foot, apartment complex with 107 units. Apex 400 offers 21 different floor plans to choose from, all fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and custom cabinetry.

The Missner Group also oversaw the construction of the amenity areas such as the pool area, fitness room, EV charging stations, pet spa, and package delivery room. All plumbing, mechanical, and electrical for the building was also overseen by The Missner Group.

Apex 400 was completed in 2022 and is now leasing apartments.
