The Missner Group completed the ground-up construction of The Sanctuary of Lake Zurich, a Mixed-Use residential development located off of Route 12 in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Construction included the full build-out of 23 luxury townhomes. The design forward units sit on a small lake offering a dock position for boating. In addition, all homes come equipped with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and custom cabinetry.

The Missner Group also oversaw the construction of the retail portion of the development that is home to Lago by Fabio Viviani, a celebrity chef.

In 2020 the development was recognized as Development of the Year for the Suburbs by Chicago Agent Magazine.
