THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to complete a build-out for Application Software Technology (AST) LLC at our Olympian Office Center property located in Lisle, Illinois. The property was acquired by our firm in 2016 and underwent a wide-spread interior and exterior renovation.

The 11,000 square-foot build-out included the construction of open-office space, private office suites, conferencing facilities, employee lounge areas, and an in-unit kitchen.
