THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to complete a 22,000 square-foot build-out for Catalyst Exhibits’ new location within a 145,000 square-foot warehouse and fabrication building in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.  

The tradeshow display firm selected The Missner Group to complete numerous improvements to the property, which included the construction of a two-story, 15,000 square-foot space for corporate offices and design studios.

The office area includes four conference rooms and features a loft-style design with exposed ceilings, high-end lighting, and the use of glass and stainless elements. The Missner Group also built-out a café space featuring a full-kitchen and espresso bar, as well as an 8,000 square-foot printing room with air conditioning and humidity control to protect the integrity of the fabrics and vinyl used in exhibit production.
