THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group leveraged their in-house project management team to deliver a major capital improvement project at Continental Towers, located at 1701 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This Class A office complex spans 910,000 square-feet across three 12-story buildings on a 34-acre site.

Phase I focused on interior enhancements to the common areas, including renovated lobbies with striking drop ceilings and elaborate millwork. Additionally, restroom facilities were modernized.

Phase II involved constructing a three-story parking structure and installing a new main entrance with decorative lighting. Ornamental canopies were added to each building's entryways, along with covered pick-up/drop-off areas. Furthermore, landscaping enhancements were incorporated throughout the property.
